The following Sweepstakes Rules govern all sweepstakes hosted by CorgiCam. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms. These policies ensure a fair experience for all participants.
All sweepstakes are open to participants in North America and most other countries.
Eligibility for participation is specified separately for each promotion announcement. Eligibility criteria may include, but are not limited to:
During designated promotional windows, participants who meet the eligibility criteria may enter by submitting a specific phrase or keyword in the live chat as prompted. To be valid, entries must be submitted during the live broadcast and must match the designated keyword exactly.
Certain promotions may automatically enroll participants who meet specific, pre-defined criteria at the time of the drawing, such as the participant’s viewing and chat history. In these instances, entry is passive and based on recorded platform data.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER ANY CORGICAM SWEEPSTAKES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
For any sweepstakes that are restricted to subscribers only, Entrants can submit Entrant’s Twitch.tv Username, legal name, shipping address and phone number along with the subject line “CorgiCam Sweepstakes”, via mail to: P.O. Box 20062 RPO Bayfield North, Barrie, ON, Canada L4M 6E9. One entry is accepted per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than seven (7) days prior to the drawing, and received no later that twenty-four (24) hours prior to be eligible for the drawing. CorgiCam is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due entry submissions, which may be judged void. Entries by any method other than those set forth above are void. Proof of entry, regardless of method of entry, is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by CorgiCam of an entry for the sweepstakes. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to CorgiCam’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
Regardless of the method of entry, one (1) entry per individual is permitted per promotion.
CorgiCam reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion. Grounds for disqualification include, but are not limited to:
Decisions regarding disqualification are final and binding. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of a sweepstakes may result in a permanent ban from all future promotions.
The potential Winner(s) from all eligible entries received will be drawn live at a publicly announced date and time specific to that sweepstakes prize. Winner(s) will be announced at the time of drawing.
CorgiCam merchandise fulfilled by Fourthwall are subject to Fourthwall shipping policy. If you have any questions or issues with your merch prize, contact the merch store directly through channels listed in your confirmation email or on the merch store website.
Winners must provide a valid shipping address within 48 hours of the drawing, or the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.
All physical prizes include free shipping and shipping insurance where applicable. Import fees, taxes, and custom duties vary by country, and are the responsibility of the winner; contact your local logistics carrier or customs authority for details. In the event shipping to the winner’s country is not possible due to legal or logistical restrictions, an alternate winner may be selected.
If an item is lost by the carrier during transit, it must be reported to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date to be eligible for assistance. CorgiCam is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
The winner must check for any damage and confirm the item is in working order within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Any issues must be reported to CorgiCam at the time of this confirmation. Once this 7-day window has passed, or delivery has been confirmed, CorgiCam is no longer responsible for the item’s condition. CorgiCam does not provide technical support or warranty service for prizes. The winner must contact the original manufacturer for any warranty claims or product issues.
For “Winner’s Choice” game keys, a token will be credited to the winner’s account on CorgiCam.tv immediately after the winner is confirmed. The winner may redeem one game for each token from our current catalog at their convenience. All tokens are subject to expiration, which will be clearly stated during the event. Failure to redeem the token before the expiration will result in forfeiture of the prize. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency or transferred.
All other Digital Prizes will be delivered via private message through Twitch, Discord, or another social platform at the time of the drawing.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their Steam account is capable of accepting new digital content. If a digital prize is listed with a region lock or a specific expiration date, CorgiCam is not responsible for the winner’s inability to redeem the prize outside of those stated parameters.
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income taxes) associated with the acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participants are advised to consult with a tax professional to determine the reporting requirements and tax liabilities specific to their jurisdiction. By entering, you acknowledge that CorgiCam is not responsible for any tax obligations or filings incurred as a result of your participation or prize winnings.
Drawings for physical prizes listed as Sub-A-Thon Goals are scheduled after each subscriber goal is reached. The scheduled time will be announced publicly through Twitch and Discord. Drawings will be held live on the CorgiCam Twitch channel at the announced time.
Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) major sweepstakes prize throughout each Sub-A-Thon event.
Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) sweepstakes prize for any two consecutive events. In other words, the winner of each CCVR sweepstake is not eligible for the subsequent drawing.
Unless otherwise stated, CorgiCam sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitch, Discord, or any other third party. CorgiCam reserves all rights regarding the rules and outcomes of the sweepstakes drawings. CorgiCam reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by CorgiCam in their sole discretion. By entering, participants release CorgiCam and its moderators from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
CorgiCam reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be announced on Twitch and Discord, and becomes effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in CorgiCam promotions following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
